III. Ordering Process
- The Customer selects the product or service they wish to purchase. In the case of a service, this means reserving a time slot through the appointment booking system.
- The Customer provides the required information on the order form.
- The Customer pays for the selected product or service through the Barion payment system. Upon successful payment, the order is created.
- By placing the order, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.
- The Service Provider accepts and confirms the order by email. The confirmation email contains the essential elements of the contract (such as the customer’s name and address, the exact description of the ordered product or service, the price, etc.).
The contract is concluded upon confirmation.
IV. Prices
Prices are listed in Hungarian Forints and include applicable taxes.
V. Payment Methods
The Service Provider offers the following payment methods:
– online credit/debit card payment via the Barion Payment Zrt. system (during the payment process, the Customer is redirected to Barion’s secure payment page, where payment can be completed using a bank card or a Barion balance. Online card payment does not involve any additional costs for the Customer).
Online credit/debit card payments are processed through the system of Barion Payment Zrt. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1., Hungary).
Barion Payment Zrt., the provider of the payment service, is a financial institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, under license number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
The Service Provider does not process or store any bank card data; bank card details and other payment-related information are not transmitted to the Service Provider.

VI. Delivery and Performance
Digital products are delivered electronically. Workshop dates are agreed separately.
VII. Right of Withdrawal
Workshop cancellation: full refund up to 2 days before the event.
Digital products: no withdrawal right after performance has begun.
